Position Overview

Location: Anaheim, CA (On-site)

Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:30pm - 11pm

Pay: $85,000 - $95,000, per year

The Manufacturing Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of production technicians in mechanical assembly and testing operations. This role drives operational success through effective workforce management, process optimization, quality assurance, and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, OR 6+ years of industry experience in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years in the aerospace industry with a strong understanding of technical and operational processes.
• 1+ year of leadership experience, with proven ability to manage and develop teams.
• Expertise in problem-solving methodologies and operational efficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration and accountability.
• Knowledge of management approaches, including scheduling, prioritization, and process execution.
