• Hire and retain shop floor employees; manage time, attendance, performance and concerns.
• Review daily operations for workmanship, standards, efficiency, safety and housekeeping.
• Identify training gaps and support continuous improvement projects.
• Coordinate production activities to meet schedules and optimize flow.
• Propose layouts, methods, and production improvements to reduce costs.
