Location: Moncks Corner, SC

Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Duration: Direct Hire

Base Pay Range: $95,000 – $98,000 per year

Overview: Lead and manage plant value stream operations, driving daily performance, associate development, and continuous improvement. Partner with the Operations Manager to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing through lean principles and strong team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across production, supply chain, and production control
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, PDCA, 5S, and standardized work
• Develop, coach, and assess associates and group leaders
• Implement pull systems and support continuous product flow
• Promote quality at the source and problem‑solving culture
• Maintain visual management, tracking centers, and improvement boards
• Ensure safety compliance and cross‑training for operational continuity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical discipline
• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing or operations leadership
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, MRP/ERP systems, and team leadership
• Proven ability to drive results, develop teams, and lead change
