Job summary

QTS, part of the Cretex Medical family, seeks an energetic Operations Manager to lead the Bloomington, MN facility. You will direct manufacturing operations, drive production schedules, and mentor Supervisors to build high-performing teams, ensuring quality and on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing, with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 5 years manufacturing leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and mentor high-performing teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet production schedules and customer commitments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the manufacturing operation to meet production schedules and customer commitments.
• Set and communicate production goals aligned with strategic operating plan.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach Supervisors and teams to develop leadership capabilities.
• Collaborate with Quality, HR, and other functions to ensure ISO and quality system compliance.
