Qualifications

• 5+ years of people or project management experience.
• Experience in project management with multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience developing and monitoring KPIs and operational reports.
• Strong understanding of business processes, resource planning, and controls.
• Experience leading budgets and driving operational improvements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
• Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to support objectives and continuous improvement.
• Communicate priorities and updates through tiered meetings and presentations.
• Lead production technicians, quality control staff, and salaried direct reports.

• Drive continuous improvement to reduce scrap, rework, and takt time.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure requirements.
