Job summary

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in manufacturing or equivalent leadership roles.
• Progression to people leadership with at least 2+ years.
• Strong communication skills in writing and speaking.
• Experience in manufacturing environment and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Engineering Technicians within Operations.
• Set and promote high standards for quality and safety.
• Drive accountability to Northrop Grumman values: integrity, quality, shared success, innovation.
• Collaborate with engineering and program management to allocate resources for Proximity Ammo programs.
• Drive technical excellence in production and balance workload to meet program needs.
• Coach and develop direct reports; provide training and quarterly feedback.
