Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of manufacturing or industrial experience with prior leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing work in a defined area and guide a team to meet quality, safety and efficiency targets.
• Manage area workflows, train staff, monitor processes and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure schedules and procedures are followed for timely product delivery.
• Lead teams, monitor KPIs, coordinate logistics and manage inventory.
• Enforce safety and quality standards and provide regular performance feedback.
