Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Management or equivalent experience.
• Strong managerial and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all manufacturing operations and property management.
• Implement strategies to reduce cost and improve quality and production quantity.
• Manage staff directly responsible for manufacturing.
• Interact with scheduler, sales, and QA to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop staffing plans, training, and cross-training.
