Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and solve problems.
• Proven track record in continuous improvement and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage manufacturing activities to achieve objectives.
• Develop and monitor production and shipping schedules.
• Coordinate production activities between the business unit and other functions.
• Maintain a clean and overall safe facility and ensure OSHA/ISO compliance.
• Enforce GMPs and training requirements for all employees.
• Establish metrics and accountability for direct reports.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and cost controls.
• Maintain high quality standards and exceptional customer service.
