Job summary

RBC Bearings seeks a Manufacturing Operations Leader to own product line P&L and drive KPI/CPI on the factory floor. You will supervise departmental supervisors, plan production, and ensure schedules, quality, and efficiency while managing budgets and driving cost improvements.

The role demands coaching, compliance with safety standards, and pursuit of continuous improvement. Some travel and Saturdays may be required; California salary range is $150k–$170k.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and governmental Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Responsibilities

• Exercises direct supervision over departmental supervisors to achieve schedules, quality, and efficiency on a line-item basis.
• Plans production schedule for the designated manufacturing area in an effort to meet sales order book. Works with production control to ensure parts, process sheets and raw materials are
