Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Senior Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day manufacturing plant operations, ensuring safe, high-quality product delivery while meeting service, cost, and efficiency targets.

You will lead production teams, drive lean improvements, monitor KPIs, and partner with cross-functional groups to enable growth while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or plant operations.
• Strong understanding of KPI management and cost/efficiency drivers.
• Experience with lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to ensure compliance with safety and food quality systems.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and collaboration skills.
