Job summary

HP Hood is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead safety, quality, production, and cost efficiency in our dairy/beverage manufacturing facility. You will drive a culture of continuous improvement and coach teams to meet plant goals.

Responsibilities include implementing Lean and TPM methodologies, utilizing SAP/ERP for operations, training staff, and ensuring GMP/SOP compliance while maintaining a positive work environment and achieving performance targets.

Qualifications

AS or BS in manufacturing/management or equivalent leadership experience.
Proven track record in high-speed manufacturing and beverage sector.
Experience with LEAN, TPM, and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership to achieve plant goals across Safety, Quality, Production, People, Performance and Cost.
Drive process efficiency on multiple production lines and track/fix top losses.
Coach and develop employees; enforce GMPs and SOPs; resolve mechanical issues to boost productivity.
Ensure compliance with dairy processing safety and biosecurity measures in assigned area.
Hire, coach, and develop staff; manage labor scheduling to meet objectives.
