Job summary

Lilly Advanced Therapies is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Associate for the LP-2 Lebanon facility in Indiana. This role drives startup readiness for GMP production, leads the Process Teams, and partners across Engineering, Tech Services, and Quality to improve process performance.

Responsibilities include safety, quality, and data-driven decision making, with potential involvement in new technology implementations and continuous improvement initiatives. Travel may be involved (<10%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years of Operational, Engineering, Technical Services, or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Lilly will not sponsor work authorization.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Process Teams focusing on safety, quality, and manufacturing performance.
• Ensure cGMP readiness of manufacturing areas for start-up and qualification activities.
• Support validation activities and write/ review deviation reports.
• Provide training and mentorship for new personnel.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Tech Services, Quality & Regulatory to drive improvements.
