This role supports manufacturing processes on a 1st shift, leading and coordinating teammates, while ensuring quality, safety, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. You will act as a technical and operational resource, guiding less experienced employees and applying structured problem-solving to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years forklift and PIV experience.
• 3+ years yard switcher or CDL preferred.
• Manage material flow to production, shipping, receiving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
