Job summary

Glanbia Nutritionals, Inc. invites current undergraduates to join our 12-week Manufacturing Operations Internship at the Aurora, IL facility.

You will work on a real manufacturing project from concept to implementation, gaining hands-on experience in engineering and operations while learning Glanbia’s processes and continuous improvement practices. You will receive mentorship from leaders, participate in development workshops and networking events, and have opportunities to present to

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, or related field with an anticipated graduation date of December 2027 or May/June 2028.
Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with ability to work independently; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

Own a manufacturing operations project and present findings to leadership.
Support projects through the lifecycle from concept to completion.
Collect/analyze data and recommend practical process improvements.
Assist with scope, schedules, budgets, documentation, and specifications.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, maintenance, quality, safety, and other teams.
Work with contractors and vendors as needed to support execution.
Participate in Pure Ambition program activities and intern presentations.
