Job summary

Glanbia invites engineering students to join the Pure Ambition Internship Program for a 12-week summer internship, supporting plants or project teams and gaining hands-on experience from concept to completion.

You will own a project, work across engineering, operations, and safety teams, analyze data, and present results to leadership, with potential for full-time role after graduation; compensation is $22–$25 per hour, onsite in Aurora, IL.

Qualifications

• Current undergrad pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to perform basic math and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own an engineering or manufacturing project and present findings to leadership.
• Support projects through concept to completion lifecycle.
• Collect and analyze data to improve safety, quality, cost, reliability, or efficiency.
• Assist with scope, schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contractors.
• Apply engineering principles while learning Glanbia processes.
• Participate in Pure Ambition program activities.
