Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university through Aug 2027 (May–August 2027 internship).
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Preferred experience with BOM/Route management, PowerBI, SAP, and modeling tools.

Responsibilities

• Improving operational efficiency through data analytics, capacity planning, and productivity management initiatives.
• Analyzing operational performance data and developing standardized routing data structures and templates.
• Supporting the creation of tools to enhance manufacturing planning and decision-making.
• Designing and delivering training materials and workshops for operational leaders using real plant data and practical case studies.
• Assessing current routing practices and recommending data governance improvements.
• Developing standardized routing templates to support future manufacturing operations.
