Manufacturing Operations Excellence Manager

This position involves developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing plant, utilizing data analytics, and leading projects to enhance operational performance. The role requires expertise in TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, and strong leadership in training and deploying improvement strategies.

**Pay Range:** $96,745 - $120,931 per year. Actual pay depends on skills and experience.

**Position Details:**

• Full-Time, 1st Shift (must be open to all shifts)
• Up to 20% travel

**Minimum Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s Degree + 6+ years of related experience OR High School Diploma + 9+ years of experience

**Preferred:** Master’s Degree

**Responsibilities:**
