Job summary

Synkriom is seeking a Manufacturing - Business Operations Associate for a contingent role based in Devens, MA. You will support manufacturing operations, assist investigations, and help manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment.

Candidates should have an associate degree (or 1–3 years in a cGMP biotech/pharma setting) and strong MS Office skills. Familiarity with Infinity, Syncade, DeltaV, SAP, and Maximo, plus project management ability, are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate degree or 1–3 years of relevant experience in a cGMP-regulated biotech/pharma manufacturing environment, or related scientific/engineering field.
• Ability to work as a self-starter and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, cross-functional, team-based environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support investigations and maintain cell therapy equipment (e.g., Freezer, Incubator).
• Work closely with Manufacturing Operations; experience in that area is highly valuable.
• Project management skills are preferred.
