Research And Developement Industries Inc is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator (Swing Shift) in Santa Rosa, CA to support production and prototype testing of IC packages. You will trim leads, verify package integrity, and operate semi-automated test systems to validate DC and RF performance.

Responsibilities include preparing finished IC packages for shipment, packaging, and collaborating with engineering and maintenance to ensure quality and on-time delivery in an ESD-controlled

Qualifications

• Experience in electronics manufacturing, integrated circuit fabrication, electronics testing, troubleshooting, or a related manufacturing environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to work in an ESD-controlled environment and handle small electronic components with precision.
• Experience with integrated circuit fabrication processes, including package testing, trim and form, leak testing, and visual inspection, is preferred.
• Technical experience in electronics testing and troubleshooting is preferred.

Manufacturing Operations Coordinator (Swing Shift) Responsibilities:

• Flexible schedule for training, ability to train on Day Shift.
