Qualitrol, an operating company of Ralliant, is offering a Spring 2027 Operations & Manufacturing Co-Op in Fairport, NY. You will work with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and operations teams to optimize systems and processes, gaining hands-on experience in lean principles and data-driven decision making.

During the six-month program, you’ll receive mentorship, contribute to projects that improve efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery, and have opportunities to share your findings

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Expected graduation date of 2027 or 2028.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project management efforts across operations and manufacturing.
• Analyze operational and production data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
• Partner with engineering, supply chain, and production teams on cross-functional projects.
• Help address day-to-day manufacturing and operational challenges.
• Participate in Lean, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence initiatives.
