Job summary

Amneal is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Analyst to drive inventory integrity and operational excellence across manufacturing, warehousing, and supply chain. You will verify WIP and finished goods, reconcile with ERP records, and support governance and reporting.

The role requires strong analytical skills, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), and collaboration across functions to improve inventory controls and reporting. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, finance or related discipline required.
  • 3+ years in operations, supply chain, inventory management, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform inventory verification for raw materials, WIP, packaging, and finished goods; conduct cycle counts across warehouses and manufacturing operations.
  • Reconcile physical inventory with ERP records and drive corrective actions; support accuracy initiatives and stock movement analysis.
  • Analyze inventory aging and identify risks related to excess/obsolete stock for planning and decision-making.
  • Maintain inventory reconciliation reports, dashboards, variance analyses, and management summaries; support audits and reviews.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance and Commercial teams to strengthen ERP inventory processes.

Description:

The Manufacturing Operations Analyst plays a key role in driving operational excellence and inventory integrity across manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, and commercial operations. This role supports inventory verification initiatives, strengthens process controls, performs advanced data analysis, and partners cross‑functionally to improve inventory accuracy, operational reporting, and governance. Core responsibilities include Work-In-Process WIP and finished‑goods validation, inventory reconciliation, distributor/third‑party verification, variance analysis, ERP‑based reporting, and oversight of process compliance and inventory control standards.

Essential Functions:
  • Perform inventory verification activities for raw materials, WIP, packaging, and finished goods. Perform physical inventory counts, cycle count programs, and reconciliation reviews across warehouses and manufacturing operations.
  • Reconcile physical inventory with ERP/system records, investigate discrepancies, and drive corrective actions. Support inventory accuracy initiatives, stock movement analysis, and root‑cause reviews.
  • Analyze inventory aging, identify risks related to excess/obsolete stock, and provide insights to support operational planning and decision‑making. Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends and improvement
  • Support and maintain inventory reconciliation reports, operational dashboards, variance analyses, and management summaries. Support internal and external inventory audits, stock verification activities, and operational reviews.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Commercial teams to strengthen ERP inventory processes, enhance system controls, and support operational improvements.
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance or related discipline - Required
  • Master's degree (MS/MA) Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance or related discipline - Preferred
Experience:
  • 3 years or more in Relevant experience in operations, supply chain, inventory management, manufacturing analytics, or operational audit
Specialized Knowledge:
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving abilities
  • Understanding of inventory management and manufacturing operations
  • Knowledge of inventory reconciliation, variance analysis, and operational controls
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and operational reporting
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments

The salary range for this position ranges from $75,000 - $90,000 per year. In addition, Amneal offers a short-term incentive opportunity, such as a bonus or performance-based award with this position within the first 12 months. Amneal ranges reflect the Company’s good faith estimate of what Amneal reasonably believes that it will pay for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors, including but not limited to, qualifications, experience, geographic location and other relevant skills.
