Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Manufacturing NPI Trainer II to support Industrial Engineering Technicians and Engineers during engineering builds, product validation, and ramp-up by delivering targeted training programs.

You will develop hands-on and component-based curricula, maintain training records, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to improve readiness and compliance with EHS standards.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining training records and qualification matrices.
• Knowledge of Rack Assembly processes.
• Knowledge of Server Assembly processes.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, including receiving, material handling, and kitting.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support Industrial Engineering Technicians and Industrial Engineers during Engineering Builds, Product Validation, and ramp-up activities by delivering training programs.
• Develop, coordinate, and deliver training courses, hands-on training, and component-based training to operators, ensuring readiness and compliance with manufacturing processes.
• Maintain training records, certification files, and employee qualification matrices.
• Assist with Build Readiness activities, monitor training completion, and help with build reports and training metrics.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Operations to identify training needs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
