Job summary

SK AX USA, Inc. is seeking a Network Engineer to join our IT infrastructure team in West Lafayette, IN. The role focuses on managing UTP and fiber cabling installations, coordinating multiple subcontractors, and ensuring safety and quality across projects.

You will work on manufacturing IT environments, liaising with clients and partners, and supporting project timelines with hands-on technical expertise. This is a full‑time, on‑site position with relocation considerations for the right

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cable construction or network installation experience.
• BS degree in IT/CS/Network Communications or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UTP and FO cabling systems and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation of UTP and FO cabling in manufacturing settings.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety requirements across projects.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, subcontractors and partners.
• Coordinate multiple subcontractors including PCI, BMC, Lighthouse, AES, United Electric.
• Attend meetings to support project timelines and resolve on-site issues.
• Oversee schedules, materials, and quality control for timely completions.
• Maintain project documentation and report progress to stakeholders.
