The role involves solving customer-related problems, extending existing product lines, and delivering innovative solutions for a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities include leading moderately complex projects, reviewing technical documents, and implementing process changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years manufacturing process experience.
• Strong modeling, sheet metal, machining, and fabrication knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead less defined projects involving moderate complexity.
• Review Blueprints, Models, PCN's, and EWR's.
• Develop all aspects of process design and implementation.
• Implement internal process improvements and facilitate change management.
