Bright Vision Technologies in Graniteville, SC is hiring a Mechanical Engineer at Associate/Professional/Senior levels to support manufacturing operations, improve equipment reliability, and drive capital projects. This is an onsite role offering $70k–$130k plus a 10% bonus, with relocation available.

You will help reduce scrap, downtime, and increase productivity while collaborating with maintenance and operations teams.

Qualifications

Mechanical engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with manufacturing equipment and troubleshooting.
Experience with continuous improvement and capital projects.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work onsite in Graniteville, SC.

Responsibilities

Provide mechanical engineering support for manufacturing equipment and processes.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform root cause analysis.
Lead continuous improvement projects focused on scrap, waste, downtime, and efficiency.
Manage/support capital projects including new machine installations and equipment upgrades.
Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules and coordinate vendors/contractors.
Support equipment installation, startup, testing, and validation.
Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, safety, quality, and productivity.
Provide technical support to manufacturing, maintenance, and operations teams.
