The role emphasizes safe operations, inventory awareness, and efficient line performance. The candidate will handle preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, and production equipment, read schematics, and troubleshoot complex issues while maintaining a clean, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Must follow SOPs or instructions.
• Proficient in basic computer operations.
• Able to multi-task across multiple systems.
• Capable of adjusting speeds, temperatures, and liquid levels.
• Identify and troubleshoot complex process issues.
• Make mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic adjustments.
• Able to read blueprints, electrical prints, and machine schematics (preferred).
• Understand complex processing equipment.
• Initiative to advance technical expertise; PLCs experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machinery by completing preventive maintenance on motors, tools, conveyors, and production machines.
• Observe equipment in operation to locate issues and test with instruments.
• Complete PMs, work orders, parts usage and inventory paperwork.
• Help minimize downtime by maintaining line efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
