Manufacturing Material Handler 2 nd Shift, temp to hire

We have an opportunity for a Manufacturing Material Handler to join our Roseville, MN team. You will prepare materials in an accurate manner from the supermarket to support production schedule. Also, you will be responsible for replenishment of material through material pick lists and visual replenishment signals.

You will:

1. Deliver materials for customer orders to production on a timed, consumption-based delivery within the facility.
2. Support and promote Lean/5S continuous improvement and safety standards.
3. Utilize appropriate equipment (forklift, tugger, WAV, etc.) to pick, deliver and put away materials.
4. Prior material handling experience is preferred.
5. Must have the ability to learn Pentair’s products and basic product structures.

Key Qualifications:

1. Experience operating forklift, pallet jacks, and tugger.
2. Physical requirements include standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting and lowering weights.
3. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
4. Steel-toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.

Shift/Hours:

1. 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm Monday – Friday
2. This position is temporary with the potential to go permanent.

Compensation:

The hourly pay for this role is: $20.00/hr. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Actual pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.

Temporary Benefits:

1. This position is temporary and qualifies for safe and sick time after 90 days.
