Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• Experience in operations, material flow, production planning, or manufacturing environment a plus.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to spend ~50% on the manufacturing floor.
• Willingness to travel between local facilities; overtime may be required.

Responsabilités

• Support material flow, manufacturing operations, and production planning activities.
• Monitor and analyze operational information using Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Work on the shop floor with production teams to support day-to-day material needs.
• Communicate professionally with employees, supervisors, and other internal teams.
• Assist with tracking, coordinating, and resolving material or production-related issues.
• Use data and reporting to identify operational needs and support decision-making.
• Travel between Waterloo facilities as needed for meetings and business activities.
• May operate a company-owned utility vehicle after safety training.
• Maintain safety, accuracy, organization, and communication.
