Job summary

Tindall Corporation, a leading precast concrete manufacturer, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage JBOM and EBOM inventory, load materials for deliveries, label outgoing items, and report status to project teams.

You will coordinate with material control, steel shop, purchasing, and field teams to ensure orders are filled accurately and on time. Proficiency with Excel for data entry is preferred. This full-time on-site role includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Maintain inventory of standard JBOM and erection EBOM material items.

• Enter information into Excel and share with project teams, material control, and purchasing.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as directed by Supervisor.

Summary of Primary Functions:

• Maintain inventory of standard jobsite (JBOM) and erection (EBOM) material items
• Load materials on pallets, bins, boxes, etc for delivery to jobsites
• Label outgoing material items
• Report status of outgoing material to be used by others, including confirming counts, documenting status of orders
• Ideally also be able to enter information into excel and share with project teams, material control, and purchasing
• Coordinate with multiple departments (material control, steel shop, carpentry, purchasing, loading, field, project management, others) to ensure orders are filled, complete, and timely Issue supplies and tools at gate, load materials and tools on carts for pours, repair torches and fill bottles, repair damaged tools, receive incoming shipments to warehouse, unload trucks, clean and assemble vise chucks, keep warehouse clean.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: All employees are required to follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment, and the production of high-quality products Prepare and/or fill orders needed for JBOM and EBOMs

• Prepare and/or fill orders needed for daily orders from jobsites (includes repairs, additional material, etc)
• Load/unload trucks
• Pack/unpack pallets, boxes, etc.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory of parts
• Keep material area clean and orderly
• Assist with inventory counts
• Perform miscellaneous duties as directed by Supervisor.

• Forklift, lull, banding, other small tools for securing material as needed

Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
