Kennametal Inc. is seeking a results-driven Manufacturing Manager to lead all production operations at the Roanoke Rapids, NC facility.

You will drive operational excellence through planning, performance management, and continuous improvement to meet safety, quality, and cost targets. You will manage staffing, scheduling, tooling, and maintenance, align workforce design with business goals, and oversee a budget ranging with accountability for reliability and efficiency across the plant.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a technical field.
• 5-8 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in SAP and production management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead plant production activities to meet safety, quality, and cost objectives.
• Develop and monitor production schedules against standards.
• Resolve staffing, scheduling, tooling, safety, and flow issues.
• Oversee maintenance for reliability and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost control.
