Job summary

Searchmasters Inc. is seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Leader in Minnesota to oversee a 2-shift operation, guide two supervisors, and manage 75 hourly employees. You will direct fabrication, welding, coating, and painting processes while driving continuous improvement and KPI achievement.

The ideal candidate has at least 10 years in manufacturing leadership, a BS degree preferred, and a track record of scaling operations and developing leaders for future roles.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years of progressive management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership with ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage 2 Supervisors and 75 non-union hourly employees across a 2-shift manufacturing operation.
• Oversee diverse manufacturing processes including fabrication, automated welding, press brakes, powder coating, and paint operations.
• Assess current team performance and ownership of the production area.
• Identify and implement strategic changes to drive continuous improvement across the floor.
• Develop and mentor supervisors to grow into Manufacturing Manager-level leaders.
• Achieve and exceed KPIs, safety standards, on-time delivery, and quality goals.
• Drive cultural and operational change to elevate overall manufacturing performance.
