Ball Corporation invites students to join a 10-week Manufacturing Management Internship in Monticello, IN. You will work alongside experienced leaders, participate in daily plant operations, and contribute to projects that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.

You’ll gain exposure to multiple plant operations, receive mentorship, and attend a professional development week at our Colorado headquarters, with 12-hour shift flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• Current students pursuing a bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline.
• Graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Able to work in a fast-paced 24/7 environment, including 12-hour shifts on the plant floor when needed.

Follow all plant safety practices, SOPs, and policies.

Who We Are Looking For

Current students pursuing abachelor's degree in manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline at an accredited4-yearcollege or university.

And has completed at least one year of coursework with a graduation date of December 2027or later

Students interested in pursuing a career in manufacturing and entering the workforce directly afterundergrad.

And able to work in a fast-paced 24/7 environment, including 12-hour shifts on the plant floor when needed.

• Expected Houry Rate:$28.00
• Onsite Work Environment:This requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site. Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.
