Dive into daily plant operations and learn how a high-performing manufacturing facility runs.
Lead or support projects that improve safety, quality, efficiency, and cost performance.
Collaborate across departments to analyze processes and recommend improvements.
Attend professional development activities, including a professional development week at our corporate headquarters in Colorado.
Meet regularly with plant leaders through weekly check‑ins and mentorship opportunities.
Gain exposure to production and support teams while developing leadership skills.
Follow all plant safety practices, SOPs, and policies.
Current students pursuing a bachelor's degree in manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline at an accredited 4-year college or university.
And has completed at least one year of coursework with a graduation date of December 2027 or later
Students interested in pursuing a career in manufacturing and entering the workforce directly after undergrad.
And able to work in a fast-paced 24/7 environment, including 12-hour shifts on the plant floor when needed.
Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Hands‑on manufacturing experience in a plant environment.
Mentorship and guidance from experienced leaders.
