Zusammenfassung

Tasus Corporation is seeking a maintenance technician to troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, and repair electrical and hydraulic equipment in our manufacturing lines. The role includes reading blueprints and schematics, and working with PLC-based automation on mold machines and robots.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred associates degree or technical training, and experience in plastic injection molding is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree or technical certificate is a plus.
• Technical school training or on-the-job certification preferred.
• Experience with plastic injection molding is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical systems in manufacturing equipment.
• Perform procedures on mold machines, robots, PLCs, air compressors and related equipment.
• Read blueprints, schematics and diagrams to determine repair methods using testing instruments.
• Align, fit and assemble components with hand or power tools.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and ensure safe production operations.
• Follow all safety regulations and procedures.
