Job summary

Midland Garage Door is hiring a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician for day and evening shifts in West Fargo, ND. You will perform maintenance on existing manufacturing equipment, build and modify tools, and collaborate with departments to ensure high-quality product.

The role requires troubleshooting PLC and motion controls, reading schematics, and welding or metal fabrication as needed. A High School diploma or GED and 2 years of manufacturing maintenance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair automated production equipment (PLC & motion).
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and controls faults using schematics.
• Operate forklift occasionally.
• Fabricate repair components to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure quality production.
• Follow safety protocols.
