Job summary

Ceva Animal Health in Verona, WI is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician I to assist the Facilities and Engineering Manager with maintenance, quality, equipment and utilities in support of manufacturing biological products.

The role involves performing preventive maintenance, on-call responsiveness for alarms, and executing projects within the Facilities Engineering department, following QA and HSE directives. Strong English communication and a safety-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required; maintenance experience in manufacturingpreferred.
Experience performing preventive maintenance and repairs in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Able to read, write legibly and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and structural repairs on non-critical equipment.
Assist in the execution of PMs on critical equipment.
Perform non-scheduled maintenance, on all non-critical equipment, in a timely manner as requested via the CMMS system.
Review and document all repairs, alarms and PM activities according to applicable Standard Operating Procedures.
Accurately complete all necessary documentation.
Assist in the execution of key projects design by the Facilities Engineering department.
Respond to alarms during non-business hours while on call.
Perform duties in accordance with applicable Standard Operating Procedures.
Follows all protocols and procedures as defined by Quality Assurance and Health, Safety and Environmental department directives.
