Scotts Miracle-Gro in Tyler, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will troubleshoot and repair equipment across mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, electronic and pneumatic systems on production lines, conveyors, packaging and related machinery.

This role offers hourly pay between $30.05 and $40.65, paid weekly, with benefits including medical, dental, 401(k) with company match, wellness programs, fertility support, and more.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Teachable and quick to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read numbers and maintain written records.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment including mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic systems.
• Repair production line equipment such as conveyors and packaging machinery.
• Assist in installation of machinery and equipment.
• Perform cut and welding, including light steel fabrication.
• Inspect, adjust and diagnose malfunctions; perform maintenance duties.
