Job summary

Lexington Manufacturing, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance operations in Brainerd, ensuring safe, reliable production equipment and facilities. This role drives uptime, safety and efficiency while guiding a maintenance team.

The supervisor will partner with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaborative problem solving across maintenance and operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in technical/industrial maintenance or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, welding, machining and facility systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency of production equipment and facilities.
• Lead and develop maintenance team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives.
