What You'll Get to Do

The Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor is focused on leading the maintenance team in providing reactive and proactive maintenance service and reports to the Manufacturing Manager.

This role is perfect for an individual who is motivated and has problem-solving skills. A vital member of the Maintenance Team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job responsibilities include:

• Lead the site Maintenance team in providing both reactive and proactive, multi-skilled maintenance on all operational equipment.
• This includes total preventative maintenance, managing breakdowns of mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment.
• Responsible for overseeing the adherence and timely completion of work, increasing site operational effectiveness, improving project delivery, mean time between failures, and reducing downtime. Execute improvement plans, drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
• Lead the team on technical best practices, establish standard policies and procedures, mentor and lead the department. Implement and lead continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principles by identifying deficiencies and recommending changes in training, practices, and processes.

Shift Hours: Day shift: 9am-6pm; Night shift: 5:30pm-2:30am.

• Strong troubleshooting ability using Allen Bradley PLC Software
• Strong troubleshooting ability using Electrical schematics
• Strong troubleshooting ability using Hydraulic schematics
• Ability to read shop, fabrication, and architectural drawings
