Job summary

The Hershey Company in Hershey, PA seeks a Specialist Manufacturing Technical Trades to keep our manufacturing and utility systems running safely and efficiently. You will execute and coordinate maintenance, repair, calibration, troubleshooting, and reliability activities to support production across the plant.

Collaborating with reliability, maintenance, operations, and technical teams, you will ensure work is planned, materials and tools are available, and preventive maintenance is completed

Qualifications

1+ years of relevant experience in maintenance and troubleshooting.
Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
Working knowledge of maintenance planning and SAP.
Strong problem-solving and safety mindset.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and support maintenance work orders.
Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to reduce downtime.
Maintain asset information and support routine maintenance.
Review data to identify improvement opportunities.
Communicate findings to teams to support planning.
Use SAP, MS Office, manuals, schematics to complete work.
