Qualifications

• Minimum five years hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or packaging environment.
• Experience in a food contact or food manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair all manufacturing and facilities support equipment.
• Coordinate and implement scheduling preventive maintenance.
• Monitor HVAC systems for efficient operation.
• Maintain and repair Dust Collection systems.
• Complete necessary documentation including cGMP documents.

Skills

Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude

Ability to install, repair, and maintain equipment

Understanding of mechanical & electrical drawings

Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controller functions

Familiarity with VFDs

Strong customer service skills

Effective communication in English

Knowledge of CMMS software

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Technical certification or degree
