Job summary

Dura-Line, part of Orbia Connectivity Solutions, is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Salt Lake City, Utah. You will lead maintenance operations at the site, drive a preventative maintenance program, and develop next generation maintenance leaders to keep facilities fully operational.

Responsibilities include managing equipment installs and commissioning, implementing the CMMS, guiding RCA/RCFA investigations, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to improve safety, uptime, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent. Engineering BA/BS degree desired (preferably mechanical or electrical engineering) or equivalent 5+ years work experience.
• Extensive experience with established, formal preventative maintenance program, including work order process and metrics dashboard.
• Experience utilizing CMMS platforms to manage PM program, asset documentation and work order records.

Responsibilities

• Manage equipment installs & commissioning.
• Lead Preventative Maintenance program with standardization and critical spare parts management.
• Conduct RCFA investigations as required.
• Implement and manage site CMMS.
• Oversee and train department staff to establish and maintain maintenance programs.
• Coordinate electrical, machining and tooling requirements; develop and fabricate new equipment and tooling.
• Ensure safety, uptime and regulatory compliance across maintenance activities.
