Job summary

Insulated Products Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations at the Rancho Dominguez, CA facility. The role focuses on proactive maintenance, team leadership, and reliability improvements to sustain safe, efficient production.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on industrial maintenance knowledge with strong organizational and communication skills, and is willing to stay hands-on to support equipment troubleshooting and repairs on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with supervisory duties.
• Hands-on knowledge of manufacturing equipment and maintenance systems.
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical schematics and manuals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Excellent English communication, on-site in California.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, coach, and develop the maintenance team.
• Manage day-to-day maintenance for equipment and facilities.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate inspections, repairs, and downtime minimization.
• Maintain maintenance records, logs, and documentation.
• Lead reliability improvement projects and supplier coordination.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper workmanship.
