Job summary

KLA Industries is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead all facility and equipment maintenance activities. You will manage the maintenance team, ensure safe and reliable operation of production equipment, and collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and operations leadership.

The role requires hands-on technical support, oversight of CMMS, and driving continuous-improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial technology, facilities management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and support personnel.
• Plan and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Maintain production machinery, facility systems, utilities, and supporting equipment.
• Reduce equipment downtime through root-cause analysis and corrective action.
• Develop maintenance schedules that support production requirements.
