Job summary

Innovairre in Mount Pleasant, IA is seeking a Manufacturing Machinery Technician to operate high-speed direct mail equipment in a safety-focused facility. You will set up, adjust, and run production machinery to meet client specs, while maintaining quality and efficiency throughout shifts.

By applying expert mechanical skills, you will diagnose issues, implement corrective actions, and participate in continuous improvement for productivity. This is a full-time, on-site role with 3PM–1AM shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude essential.
• Knowledge of predictive and productive maintenance systems.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, and fine-tune production machinery per job instructions.
• Maintain equipment and perform adjustments to sustain output and quality.
• Diagnose and resolve issues quickly; communicate actions to management.
• Follow safety policies and SOPs, including lock-out/tag-out and HazCom.
• Coordinate with teammates for seamless shift handoffs and downtime response.
• Engage in continuous learning to improve processes and productivity.
