American & Efird (A&E) in Mount Holly, NC is seeking a Textile Manufacturing Machine Process Technician for an on-site, full-time role. The position focuses on diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues to minimize downtime, reading manuals, and maintaining service records.

You will perform routine operations to keep machinery running efficiently, work safely in a fast-paced production environment, and support daily production as part of a team.

Textile Manufacturing Machine Process Technician

Location: Mount Holly, NC Company: American & Efird (A&E) Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite

Pay Rate: $17.50 + 25c shift differential

What You’ll Do

• diagnose and repair mechanical issues/breakdowns with machines and equipment, ensuring quick resolutions to minimize downtime
• read and understand technical, operating, service, or repair manuals
• work safely in a fast-paced production environment in a team structure
• maintain machine and equipment service records
• perform routine processes to ensure most efficient operation of the machinery and equipment
• stand, walk, lift, bend, stoop, and reach while handling material or products
