Job summary

NYCOA seeks a Machine Operator in Manchester, NH to run machinery and monitor product quality continuously. You will troubleshoot, record data, and follow detailed procedures for changeovers and scheduling.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and manufacturing experience, basic math/computer skills, and the ability to lift 55 lbs. The role offers day/night shifts on a 2-week rotation with wage progression and benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school and/or prior work experience in manufacturing strongly preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and monitor product quality.
• Record data accurately and timely.
• Follow procedures and changeovers from logs and orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
