Job summary

Mars is seeking Team Members who are system experts in their area, with strong communication and teamwork to drive quality and efficiency on the manufacturing floor. You will operate and change over machinery, perform QC checks, maintain logs, and support continuous improvement.

Role requires the ability to lift up to 55 pounds, work independently, and collaborate with others to ensure safety and productivity on the line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; in-house training may be required.
• 1 year of work experience within manufacturing or a technical/trade discipline
• Ability to lift 55 pounds and work independently
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Operate/change over machinery in the assigned area and perform line tasks.
• Conduct QC checks and record production data.
• Maintain logs and support shift documentation with accuracy.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and routine repairs as needed.
• Shut down systems for non-conformities or safety issues and escalate as appropriate.
• Operate a forklift when required.
