Job summary

Technical Needs is seeking a Machine Operator in Nashua, NH to support multiple steps of the fabrication process, operating manufacturing equipment, and upholding safety and quality standards.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with cross-training across manufacturing cells and a focus on throughput and scrap reduction. Training on 1st shift is available, with a 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM schedule Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience required or trainable.
• Ability to follow written instructions and quality standards.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive environment.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Willing to cross-train.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle manufacturing tools and operate equipment per instructions.
• Prepare materials for fabrication and assembly.
• Perform inspections to ensure quality standards.
• Support production objectives such as throughput and scrap reduction.
